Hello my dear friends and welcome to another weekly R.E.P.O.R.T!
If you missed the last one and you're not sure what a weekly R.E.P.O.R.T. is, it's basically me showcasing my favorite things that happened throughout the week by showing you what I've been reading, eating, playing, obsessing over, recommending, and treating myself to. You can check above for the visuals, but let's get into the blog post.
Reading - "The Sport Business Handbook"
I decided to take a break from my previous book, and of course I had to read this for class so it helped as well. I started reading Rick Horrow’s The Sport Business handbook. For anyone wanting to work in sports, I recommend it!
If you want to be besties on Goodreads and share the books you've been reading, add me here.
Eating - Lots of fruit!
I’ve been a fruit girly lately. I always ate the same fruits every single time but I’ve been branching out (no pun intended). But as I’ve been working on fixing the things I eat, this has helped a lot!
Playing - The Bible Project Podcast
If you’ve been following me for a while you know I love me a podcast. I listen when working out, driving, all the time. Here’s my recent obsession: The Bible Project Podcast. It’s a great tool for new believers wanting to learn more about the Bible!
Obsessing - Bible Journaling!
I had to post this picture again because I’m so proud of it, but ofc my obsession has been Bible journaling. I’m literally looking for friends to journal with, so hit me up ;)
I've created a whole Instagram page dedicated to my Bible studies and journals. If you'd like to follow that you can do that here. If you'd like to know more about my journaling process and studying, I have a whole post dedicated to that, which also has all the tools I use!
Recommending - Sport or Job Conferences!
I’m a huge introvert, so when it comes to putting myself out there and reaching out to people it can ALWAYS be a huge struggle. But this past week I had the opportunity of attending the USAB Women in the Game event and I had a great time. I got to meet really wonderful people and hear from women who have been succeeding in the industry. It was a great source of inspiration and motivation for me and I’m so happy I got out of my comfort zone!
Treating - Gym
Being a bit vulnerable, as someone who struggles with PCOS and other health issues, my weight has been lowkey an issue lately so I’ve been going to the gym and working out. I’ve also been looking for gym buddies, so hit my up girlies ;)
Anyways, thank you for your support! If you'd like to share your weekly favorites as well, feel free to write it in the comments. Have a blessed week!
